NO FRAMES!
It looks as though you're using a browser that's not frame-capable. While I don't much care for bandwidth-wasting "bells and whistles" on the web, I happen to like frames -- both as a web designer and when browsing myself. Properly designed, framed menus actually reduce bandwidth usage and speed navigation Since I don't have time to maintain two versions of these pages please feel free to return when you have upgraded to a frame capable browser.
Frames are supported by Netscape Navigator 2.0 and above, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 and above, and Web TV. The latest versions of Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer are available free from Netscape and Microsoft respectively.
As a final note, a blind friend of mine uses Internet Explorer 4.0 and a text to speech processor and has no difficulty navigating framed sites provided they are otherwise accessible to the vision impaired (i.e. "ALT" tags are used and so on).
